Having had a complete PC meltdown on a Friday evening the team at PowerC came to my rescue at very short notice (the next day) and truly saved the day. So close to Christmas they where able to provide me with a top spec PC to my requirements to run my business. Professional, helpful and practical they even made some tweaks they knew I would need that I wasn't even aware of! They achieved in the PC/IT industry right now (due to COVID and lack of components) - what I would consider the impossible. Highly recommended - will be using again.

I needed a high end PC for my daughter to do video editing / effects on.
I was considering sourcing the parts and building it myself so I had a good idea of what I needed and cost.
I gave Power Computing a call and had a long chat with Tom who is clearly an expert on selecting exactly which parts are needed to make the right machine.
He first asked what my budget was.
Then got all the details of what it was needed for. We were then able to select a base machine and change certain bits for optimum performance within my budget.
What was really cool was that I could change the parts on the website interface and see the total cost change accordingly. In the end I felt like I had got the PC equivalent of a Saville Row suit, perfectly tailored to my needs.
The best part of the service was that at no point was I encouraged to buy or pay more than I needed. In fact Tom made a couple of suggestion to actually reduce the cost.
We now have the PC up and running and it does everything and more than expected. I ordered on a Tuesday and it arrived on the Friday, well delivered by Parcelforce in a morning slot.
Also comes with a 2 year warranty and support. I priced up all the parts and I don't think I could have built it myself for the same price, I guess because these guys source everything wholesale.
The only problem is I want a PC as good for myself now!

Many thanks to all the team at The Computer Guy Milton Keynes. I required a computer that was capable of handling Microsoft Flight simulator 2020. I also wanted the build specifications higher than those recommended by Microsoft in order to cope with the future development of add-ons provided by third party developers. With this in mind l looked at various sites. I chose The Computer Guy UK. And with the help and advice of Andrei at Service department. they put together a computer, what l would term as a “ Mean Machine “. I’ve ran the computer now for two weeks, and put its through its pacers, and found it to perform perfectly. The service l received was first class in all respects. As a result, l would highly recommend Power computers to anyone who is thinking of buying or having a computer updated. Speak with them first, nothing to lose, everything to gain. You may save yourself a lot of grief..

Absolutely brilliant experience on the phone today of buying a made to measure computer. Antonio took loads and loads of time to make sure I got what I need, without paying for unnecessary extras or comprising on performance. Power Computing had been recommended to me by my son, who had his computer built there. I live in North Wales and having it sent up from Bedford was no problem. Cost is very competitive.
I'll do another review when I've had the computer a while.

Dudes at The Computer Guy have done well by me for a number of years now in services ranging from product supply to custom rig builds, and have earned a number of 'word of mouth' recommendations from me in that time. Having successfully delivered my second custom rig (pictured) at an extremely high end spec now, I can honestly say that in my experience the immaculate build quality of their work is surpassed only by the consistently high standard of service. As much as I hope this new build will serve me well for a long time to come; there is no doubt in my mind that as & when new work is called for either on minor upgrades or new builds, my friends at TheComputerGuy will be the first and only port of call needed.

He is a very professional engineer and cannot praise him enough.
